There are already over 40 bonded wineries in New Jersey, and most of them are in the market for premium grapes.  Many more are in the planning stages.   New Jersey is at the beginning of a tremendous surge in winemaking as winemakers and the general public realize the potential of the region.  We will negotiate sales contracts with the wineries, provide labor and equipment for harvest at the peak of ripeness, and delivery to the wineries.

• We use a number of scientific and sensory methods to determine the perfect time to harvest.  In some cases, the grapes reach their peak ripeness for only a few days.   Timely harvest can mean the difference between an outstanding crop and a rotten one.
• Small quantities of grapes are sometimes difficult to sell.  By combining grapes from a number of properties, we can achieve the best prices for each variety, and we can sell them to the wineries that most desire each one.
• Harvest requires a significant amount of labor, some skill, and specialized equipment for storing and transporting the grapes safely to the wineries.  We provide everything necessary for a successful harvest.
• As a way to sell small quantities of grapes from newer vineyards, we are now managing U-Pick operations at your vineyard.  We sell only to wineries and home winemakers, with advance reservations required.
